Six Set Experiences

Two ranch feasts, a chef in residence, custom events & a wine dinner.

Six set experiences — the Asado and the Charro, a private chef for a stay or a retreat, custom events, and a five-course wine dinner. Each is a set menu you build from.

Slow-smoked brisket sliced on the board — The Charro.

The CharroBuffet51–200 Guests

The Charro

A pared-back, rustic ranch feast in the Jalisco Charro tradition. Cast-iron skillets and palm-leaf platters form the buffet. The centerpiece primal cuts are smoked for eighteen hours over NZR's oak wood at our partner's smokehouse and arrive hot; a full crew sets the buffet, tends it, and keeps it full all night — no chefs on site. A fully disposable and compostable event.

The AsadoOn-Site · Family-Style75–125 Guests

The Asado

A premium full-service event with a bar, hydration station, appetizer, and dessert station. The open-flame Asado of Argentina, cooked live on NZR's 14 feet of Argentinian Asado grills over our oak wood, right on your grounds. Asado chefs work the coals while a captain runs the room with your service team, and dinner is passed family-style around the tables.
