The NZR Event Impact Calculator measures only what NZR directly controls — catering operations. Guest travel and venue energy aren't included, because NZR doesn't operate those. The math compares your catering footprint to the average American wedding for the same guest count.

Beef-heavy menus (Asado, Estancia) carry the highest food-carbon footprint; lamb (Shepherd's Lamb), pork (Polk's Folly), and vegetable-forward menus run lower. NZR's regenerative sourcing cuts food-carbon ~50% vs. industrial feedlot supply chains.
